Vision

Currently it is my fifth year in the European Parliament and these are the main topics I focus on..

Vision 1 - Czech interests in Europe

Promoting Czech interests in Europe is my long-term goal and I have been working on it since the beginning of my mandate in the European Parliament. I am a Czech citizen, and I am proud of my country. Therefore, I subordinate my work to what is essential to the Czech Republic and its people. Whether it is economic support, available European funds, opportunities and rights in the context of tourism or digital economy.

Vision 2 - An accessible and connected Europe for all

Transport has always been a matter of heart for me. Moreover, the European transport directly impacts the Czech Republic because of our location in the heart of Europe. That is the reason why I want the Czech Republic to have modern transport connections, including a high-speed rail network. My goal is to make travel significantly faster, more comfortable, but also more affordable.

Vision 3 - Small and medium-sized enterprises

Businesses of all sizes are the backbone of the European economy. I recognise this, which is why I am advocating for a better business environment and financing in Europe. As a Chair of the Working Group on Access to Finance for Small and medium-sized enterprises, I am working on proposals enabling small and medium-sized enterprises access to available funding and support. Small and medium-sized enterprises make up most of all businesses, both in our country and in Europe. We need to make it as easy as possible for them to operate. Therefore, we need to reduce the bureaucratic burden on them and remove obstacles for their future development.
